Orders & Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. The options available to you are shown at checkout. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes — you can cancel within 48 hours of placing your order. Email us with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched we can't cancel it, but you can return it under our 30-day policy.

Do you offer team or club pricing?

We do. Email us with your club name, the models you're after and approximate quantities, and we'll send a quote.

Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping?

Australian orders over $100 ship free. For everything else the exact rate is calculated at checkout before you pay. We also ship internationally.

How long until my order is dispatched?

We aim to dispatch within 3–5 business days. If an item is on pre-order or back-order, we ship whatever is in stock straight away and send the rest as soon as it lands.

How long does delivery take?

Typically 7–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Public holidays, severe weather and peak periods can add a few days.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive an email (and an SMS if you gave us a mobile number) with a tracking link once your parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take 1–3 business days to start updating. You can also check any time on our Order Tracking page.

I entered the wrong address — what now?

Contact us immediately. If the parcel hasn't shipped we can correct it. If it has already been dispatched, we'll help you redirect it where the carrier allows.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. It must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with tags attached. See the full Refund Policy.

How do I start a return?

Email us with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back to the manufacturer — returns must come to us.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. Tell us the size you need when you contact us and we'll reserve it where possible. If your size is unavailable we'll process a refund instead.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return arrives and passes inspection we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 3–5 business days.

What can't be returned?

Items that have been worn outdoors, washed, or returned without original packaging. For hygiene reasons some personal care items are also excluded. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are always covered.

Sizing & Fit

How do AORAKI shoes fit?

Most styles run true to standard sizing. If you're between sizes we generally suggest going up half a size, especially for golf shoes where you'll often wear a thicker sock. Each product page includes a size chart with internal length measurements in centimetres.

What if the size I ordered doesn't fit?

Send it back within 30 days for an exchange or refund, as long as it hasn't been worn outdoors.

Products

Are your products genuine?

Yes. Every pair is sourced through authorised supply and inspected before dispatch. If you ever have a concern about authenticity, contact us and we'll resolve it.

How should I care for my shoes?

Brush off loose dirt while dry, then wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry at room temperature — never in direct sun, and never in a tumble dryer, as heat breaks down the adhesives and midsole foam.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Email us within 30 days with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund, including return postage.
