These terms apply to your use of aorakisport.com and to any order you place with us. By placing an order you accept them. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation and dispatch the goods. If an item is unavailable, priced incorrectly due to a system error, or we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and offer a substitute, a back-order, or a full refund. We may cancel an order in those circumstances without liability beyond refunding amounts paid.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Prices may change without notice, but the price shown at the time you place an order is the price that applies to that order.

4. Delivery

Delivery timeframes and carriers are set out in our Shipping Policy. Estimated transit times are indicative, not guaranteed, and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, customs processing or events outside our control. Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery.

5. Returns, refunds and your ACL rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

6. Product information

We take care to describe products accurately, including sizing, colourways and intended use. Product images are representative; slight variation in colour can occur between screens and production batches. Where a specification has not been verified we do not publish it. If you need a specific measurement before ordering, contact us and we will measure the item in stock.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and layout — is owned by us or used under licence, and may not be reproduced commercially without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under the ACL, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or from delays outside our reasonable control. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the goods or refunding the amount paid for them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
