BK-SL1 is a road bike cleat set for SPD-SL style clipless pedals, supplied as a pair with mounting hardware. It suits riders who want a positive, predictable connection between shoe and pedal without paying for a race-spec cleat.
Built for
Clipless pedals only work if the cleat engages cleanly and releases when you want it to. A worn or poorly shaped cleat makes the pedal feel vague, which is where confidence in corners and at traffic lights disappears.

Materials & construction
Moulded thermoplastic cleat body with a hardened contact surface, supplied with mounting bolts and washers. The three-bolt pattern fits most road shoes.
Fitting
Mount the cleat with the bolts loose, clip in, and let your foot find its natural angle before tightening. Fore-aft position is usually just behind the ball of the foot. Check bolt tension after the first few rides — they bed in and loosen.
Care
Wipe the cleat and pedal contact surfaces after wet or gritty rides. Replace the cleat once the front lip or rear catch is visibly rounded — a worn cleat releases unpredictably and wears the pedal mechanism with it.
